3. Food and other products Ordering and Delivery

3.1. Yallah Eats facilitates the ordering of food from various restaurants/retailers and the delivery of food and other products by third-party delivery partners.

3.2. Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. The restaurant's acceptance of your order is subject to availability and the restaurant's discretion.

3.3. Payment: You agree to pay for all orders you place through the App, including applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges.

4. User Conduct

4.1. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal, unauthorised, or improper purpose.

  • Impersonate any person or entity.

  • Interfere with the operation of the App or violate any security measures.

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Yallah Eats and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Privacy

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 

7.1. Yallah Eats provides the App "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content.

7.2. We are not responsible for the quality or safety of the food and other products provided by Merchants or the actions of delivery partners.

7.3. In no event shall Yallah Eats be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

8. Termination

8.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. Yallah Eats may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the App.

Welcome to Yallah Eats! These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Yallah Eats (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the merchant/restaurant/retailer (referred to as "you" or "your") participating in our platform.

 

2. Merchant Registration

2.1. To use our platform as a merchant, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate and complete information about your business.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

 

3. Services and Responsibilities

3.1. Yallah Eats Ltd offers a platform for merchants to list their halal food and other product offerings and accept orders from customers. You agree to provide accurate information about your menu, prices, and availability.

3.2. You are responsible for fulfilling orders accurately and in a timely manner, including food preparation, packaging, and delivery, as applicable.

3.3. You must adhere to all applicable food safety and hygiene regulations, including those specific to halal preparation and certification.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. You have control over the prices of your menu items on our platform. Prices should be accurate and inclusive of any taxes or fees.

4.2. We will remit payment to you based on orders placed through our platform, minus applicable fees and commissions as outlined in our separate agreement.

 

5. Ratings and Reviews

5.1. Customers may leave ratings and reviews for your business on our platform. You agree not to manipulate or artificially influence these ratings and reviews.

5.2. We may moderate and remove ratings and reviews that violate our content guidelines or are deemed inappropriate.

Welcome to Yallah Eats! These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Yallah Eats (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the driver (referred to as "you" or "your") participating in our delivery platform.

 

2. Driver Registration

2.1. To use our platform as a driver, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate and complete information about yourself and your vehicle. 

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

 

3. Services and Responsibilities

3.1. Yallah Eats offers a platform for drivers to accept delivery requests from participating merchants and deliver orders to customers. You agree to fulfil delivery orders accurately and in a timely manner.

3.2. You must adhere to all applicable traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards while performing deliveries.

3.3. You are responsible for ensuring that the food orders are delivered in a hygienic and safe condition, maintaining the integrity of halal food, and preserving the quality of the delivered items.

 

4. Vehicle and Insurance

4.1. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle used for deliveries is in safe and working condition and complies with all applicable laws, including vehicle registration, insurance, and licensing requirements.

4.2. You must maintain valid and adequate insurance coverage, including commercial vehicle insurance, to cover any potential liabilities arising from your activities as a driver on our platform.

 

5. Payments and Commissions

5.1. You will receive compensation for deliveries as outlined in our separate agreement.

5.2. Yallah Eats Ltd may deduct applicable fees and commissions from your earnings as specified in our separate agreement.

 

6. Ratings and Performance

6.1. Customers may rate and review your delivery performance on our platform. You agree to provide professional and courteous service and to follow our guidelines for safe and respectful conduct.

6.2. Excessive negative feedback may result in your suspension or termination as a driver on our platform.
